Aquarius Mummy Morning | Big Chefs

morning L & I went to our first Aquarius Mummy Morning hosted by Aquarius
Magazine.
This
months meet up was held at Big Chefs (The Beach JBR), where I'd never been to
before but fell inlove with the place as soon as I walked in, it has such a
relaxed & cosy atmosphere about it...
Whilst
the other mums & I chatted we were served some delicious pancakes with
chocolate sauce & fresh fruit - exactly the kind of sugar fix you need after
a sleepless night spent comforting a teething baby. ;-)
At
the event was an expert from The Dive Centre, Nicola, sharing children and baby
first aid tips, from how to deal with choking to giving emergency
CPR.
I
think this is useful knowledge every parent should have, I've only just begun
letting L feed himself & I find myself on the edge of my seat everytime he
inhales a rice cake! So after listening to Nicola I now feel more confident in
dealing with the situation, should it ever arise.

having such a lovely morning, I'm really looking forward to getting along to
another one of the meet ups after the summer.
